嗜酸性粒细胞性食管炎(Eosinophilic Esophagitis, EoE)是一种相对少见的食管疾病, 本文详述了该病的诊疗及其进展以提高认识. 除了局部皮质类固醇、质子泵抑制剂、饮食剔除疗法和内镜下食管扩张等治疗, 针对白细胞介素(interleukin, IL)-4/IL-13受体的新药Dupilumab, 取得了令人振奋的研究结果, 有望成为该疾病的所谓孤儿药物. |
