核心内容提要	本研究通过分析Oncomie和Kaplan-Meier Plotter等数据库, 采用生物信息学方法探讨tmprss4在胃癌(gastric cancer, GC)中的表达及其作为预后分子标志物的可信性. 同时采用免疫组化对生物信息分析结果进行证实. 研究结果提示tmprss4在GC中高表达并与GC患者预后不良有关, 可作为GC预后相关分子标志物.
