终末期肝病患者发生真菌感染后不容易与细菌感染鉴别, 使得抗真菌治疗可能延迟. 然而有研究表明, 预防性使用抗真菌药物并不能明显改善患者的预后, 观点存在较大争议. 即使使用抗真菌药物, 也需要格外注意其肝毒性和基础肝病之间的矛盾. |
