zeste基因增强子同源物2(enhancer of zeste homolog 2, EZH2)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)基因mRNA在肠癌组织中的表达水平明显高于癌旁正常组织. EZH2蛋白阳性表达与肠癌肿瘤直径、分化程度和Duke分期有关(P<0.05). 而VEGF蛋白阳性表达与肠癌患者分化程度和Duke分期有关(P<0.05). EZH2和VEGF有望成为肠癌预后的潜在分子标志物. |
