相比早先开展的胰腺假性囊肿内镜下支架内引流治疗, 新型蕈型覆膜金属支架引流操作成功率高达97.7%-100%, 临床成功率为95.5%-100%；尽管已有相应对策, 但出血等并发症仍较高, 将来能否成为新的一线治疗仍需进一步临床研究验证. |
