感染性胰腺坏死(infected pancreatic necrosis, IPN)是急性重症胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis, SAP)晚期主要死因之一, 多行手术治疗. 然而, 术后残余坏死组织的引流仍是临床上的难题. 经双腔引流管大容量灌洗并持续负压引流可有效治疗IPN, 它能够使患者临床获益, 而不会产生额外的风险. |
