核心内容提要	现阶段常用于评价胃肠功能障碍的标准为急性胃肠功能损伤(acute gastrointestinal impairment, AGI)分级标准, 但评价医生的主观因素对此分级标准的结果有很大的影响, 而本文选取血清中热休克蛋白70(HSP70)这一生物标志物来反应创伤性颅脑外伤(traumatic head injury, TBI)合并AGI患者疾病进程, 这为临床治疗提供一定的参考依据.
