核心内容提要	重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis, SAP)是一类严重危害人类健康的疾病. 近年来积极的液体复苏及脏器功能支持技术的运用使得SAP早期死亡率明显下降. 但后期如出现继发感染, 死亡率仍可高达20%-40%. 进一步认识SAP继发感染的发生机制及探讨有效的感染预防及治疗手段是当前的研究热点. 对于SAP早期预防性抗生素治疗是否可以降低继发感染的发生率及死亡率, 至今尚没有完全统一的意见. 相关研究的还存在者各种缺陷, 临床上需要多中心、大样本的前瞻性研究或基于大数据分析真实世界的研究等来进一步阐明.
