核心内容提要	慢性乙型肝炎病毒(chronic hepatitis B virus, HBV)感染中免疫控制期不确定期患者存在疾病进展, 肝硬化、肝癌的发生风险较高, 抗病毒治疗能够明显改善和预防肝脏病理不良预后, 调整启动抗病毒的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine amiotransferase, ALT)阈值和进一步扩大抗病毒治疗指征是一种趋势.
