结肠次全切除术是治疗结肠冗长症导致的慢传输型便秘的有效手段, 见效快, 复发率低, 结合现在的微创技术, 极大提高了患者的满意度. 研究发现, 长期反复的便秘会给部分患者造成心理影响, 比如焦虑、抑郁等, 这一负面影响不可忽视. |
