核心内容提要	特发性非肝硬化门脉高压症(idiopathic non-cirrhotic portal hypertension, INCPH)临床容易误诊和漏诊, 肝活检病理诊断仍是INCPH的金标准. 在临床实践中, 首先要根据相关指南掌握肝硬化的诊断要点, 而CT/MRI的影像特征在INCPH早期诊断及与肝硬化的鉴别中具有了较重要价值.
