核心内容提要	临床上治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)的主要方法是饮食调整和运动减重, 但效果欠佳, 仍缺乏有效治疗NAFLD的药物.近年来, 研究发现抑制肝内从头脂肪生成(de novo lipogenesis, DNL)的核心酶, 能够改善NAFLD患者的肝脏脂肪变性、炎症以及纤维化, 成为目前治疗NAFLD有吸引力的新靶点.
