近年来, 内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection, ESD)因其严重并发症少、创伤小、恢复快等优点广泛应用于早期食管癌(early esophageal cancer, EEC)及鳞状上皮内瘤变(squamous intraepithelial neoplasia, SIN)的治疗, 本研究分析了老年EEC及SIN的病变特点, 并评估了其行ESD治疗的安全性. |
