核心内容提要	腹泻与菌群失调有关, 使用抗生素治疗腹泻会造成恶性循环, 七味白术散是治疗腹泻的经典方. 根据微生态的内涵, 对七味白术散影响菌群失调腹泻肠道微生物群落结构、肠道酶活性及肠道微生物代谢等方面的研究进展进行述评, 七味白术散在肠道黏膜屏障的基础下, 促进肠道益生菌的生长, 抑制有害菌的繁殖, 调整肠道菌群, 提高肠道酶活性, 特别是肠道乳糖酶的活性达到疗效.
