核心内容提要	年龄和腺瘤直径为家族性腺瘤性息肉病(familial adenomatous polyposis, FAP)癌变危险因素, 发现年龄每增大1岁, 癌变风险增加1.084倍, 年轻患者、尤其是女性患者, 息肉直径小于2 cm及AFAP患者可每年定期行内镜下治疗, 而年龄大者及息肉过大、过多者应行预防性结直肠切除术.
