核心内容提要 本文探究奥沙利铂、卡培他滨联合卡瑞利珠单抗对晚期结直肠癌患者疾病进展的影响. 研究结果发现, 联合卡瑞利珠单抗可改善晚期结直肠癌患者营养状态, 提升身体体能, 其作用机制可能是通过介导程序性细胞死亡蛋白1(programmed cell death protein 1, PD-1)/程序性死亡配体1(programmed death ligand 1, PD-L1)信号通路, 进而调节PD-1、PD-L1表达水平, 发挥改善免疫、抑制癌细胞增殖的作用.
