便秘是脑卒中常见的并发症患者用力排便可导致颅内压的增加, 严重将诱发脑出血, 危及患者生命. 既往多采用润肠药物等方法来治疗便秘, 虽取得一定的疗效, 但不良反应较多. 有研究报道, 认知功能训练可能对脑卒中便秘患者具有改善作用. |
