Peutz–Jeghers综合征(Peutz–Jeghers syndrome, PJS)消化道息肉的生长及肿瘤的发生均与年龄密切相关, 建议分年龄段采取不同随访策略. 气囊辅助小肠镜小肠息肉切除对预防、解除息肉相关并发症及避免外科开腹手术的价值不可替代, 尤其对于少儿PJS患者的小肠息肉的治疗. |
