核心内容提要	部分新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19)患者合并消化系统表现, 主要表现为腹泻、呕吐, 以及肝功能指标异常. COVID-19患者合并的肝损伤多数轻微, 未见肝衰的发生. 非危重组与危重组相比, 消化系统症状的发生率相近, 但是危重组肝功能指标异常发生率及异常程度更高, 提示COVID-19患者的肝功能与病情严重程度呈正相关. COVID-19患者多数可出现血白蛋白降低, 考虑主要与发热、食欲下降、腹泻相关, 与肝损伤、发病时间无明显相关性.
