核心内容提要	肿瘤的免疫治疗在部分肿瘤的治疗中取得了一定疗效, 成为这些肿瘤治疗的重要措施之一. 然而, 胰腺癌的免疫治疗虽经历多年的尝试, 仍未能制定出标准化、有效的免疫治疗方案, 这与胰腺癌独特的免疫微环境密切相关. 探寻如何将免疫治疗与手术、放化疗等传统治疗方案更好的联合, 有望成为胰腺癌免疫治疗研究、提高患者预后的重要突破点.
