| 核心内容提要 |
重型颅脑损伤后易出现胃肠功能障碍, 影响患者康复进程与临床获益. 应用嗜酸乳杆菌联合莫沙必利治疗可有效能够对肠道内菌群进行调控, 维持肠道平衡状态, 保护肠道黏膜屏障, 使紊乱的肠道菌群状态得到控制, 明显改善胃肠道功能. 嗜酸乳杆菌与莫沙必利治疗颅脑损伤术后胃肠功能障碍, 可有效促进患者病情恢复, 改善疾病预后. 但本研究对两组28 d病死率进行对比发现无显著差异, 可能与本研究样本量较少, 随访时间较短有关. |
