| 核心内容提要 |
不同麻醉方式对子宫全切术患者的最终结局以及术中微环境稳态的维持都有重要的作用. 既往往往采用硬膜外麻醉方式, 易产生较大的应激反应, 患者并发症较多. 腰硬联合麻醉作为椎管内麻醉方式, 具有迅速麻醉的作用, 且有硬膜外麻醉的优势. 本次研究比较两种麻醉方式效果及相关指标, 观察胃动素、胃泌素变化情况. |
