异丙酚或依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼为目前常用无痛胃镜麻醉方式, 本研究发现在老年食管白斑无痛胃镜治疗中, 依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼组患者, 应激激素水平较低、血流动力学更稳定、术中血氧饱和度维持较好且不良反应发生少; 异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼组术后恢复自主呼吸较快. |
