本研究采用流式细胞仪检测CD14+CD16+细胞亚群上B7-H2表达情况, 分析其与急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis, AP)严重程度的关联性, 初步验证了严重AP中B7-H2的高表达, 为寻找AP新免疫因子及揭示靶向治疗方法奠定理论基础. |
