粪便微生物群移植(faecal microbiota transplantation, FMT)可改变肠道微生物群结构, 应用于多种疾病的治疗探索. FMT不良反应轻, 但有个别致死病例发生. 本文就FMT在部分消化疾病中的应用研究、不良反应、监管措施及潜在的安全隐患进行了分析和综述. |
